A History of Growth

Anlit was founded in 1990 with the vision of promoting children’s nutrition. Over the years, Anlit’s innovative products have gained international recognition. Anlit products populate the shelves of stores worldwide with prominence throughout Europe, the US, South Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

A Subsidiary of Maabarot Products Group In 2008, Anlit was acquired by the Maabarot Products Group, a public corporation traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Maabarot is a progressive leader in developing, manufacturing and marketing a wide array of health and nutrition solutions. With Maabarot backing, Anlit invests heavily in R&D, continuously introducing new innovative products, with a pipeline of products in various stages of development.

Management

  • Ms. Romina Meyer-Rafe
    Ms. Romina Meyer-Rafe, Chief Executive Officer

    Romina joined Anlit with a wealth of executive experience in business development, strategy, leadership and innovation in large fast-moving consumer goods corporations, such as Kimberly-Clark (Hogla-Kimberly), Hadera Paper Group and the Netafim Group. She has significant expertise in international regulatory processes and governmental relations, as well as in identifying and developing new product categories in highly competitive markets.

    Romina earned an MBA and an LLM from Tel Aviv University, and an LLB and BA from the Academic College of Israel.

  • Ms. Michal Sanchik
    Ms. Michal Sanchik, Head of R&D and Chief Technologist

    Michal joined Anlit with 20+ years of experience in the food industry, with extensive knowledge in processes and technologies. Michal served as Senior Production Line Technologist at Tnuva, a leading dairy company, was head of R&D for BioPet, the dominant pet food company in Israel, and was a lead auditor for quality and food safety standards, including FSSC 22000, BRC, BRC-IOP and others.
    Michal holds a BSc in Food Engineering and Biotechnology from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. She is also a certified Naturopath.

  • Mr. Shai Karlinski
    Mr. Shai Karlinski, VP of Marketing

    Shai Karlinski joined Anlit in 2008 as Marketing VP. Prior to Anlit, Shai worked for eight years as Sales Manager at Lycored, a global ingredient solution developer. There, he directed sales and marketing efforts and was responsible for customer relations. Prior to Lycored, Shai was Business Operations Officer at Herbamed, a pharmaceutical research company.

    Shai is a certified food engineer, holding a BS from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. He earned his MBA from the Heriot-Watt University of Edinburgh.

  • Mrs. Yulia Kulykovsky, Key Account Manager
    Mrs. Yulia Kulykovsky, Key Account Manager, International Marketing and Sales Manager

    Yulia joined Anlit with 8 years of experience in international sales and marketing in the cosmetic industry. Yulia worked for 4 years as Head of Export Department at Dr.Olengin Ltd., Dead Sea Cosmetic company.  There she directed sales and marketing efforts and was responsible for business development. Prior to Dr.Olengin, Yulia was Key Account Manager at GA-DE Cosmetics Ltd., a leading developing and manufacturing cosmetic company. There she was responsible for international customer relations.

    Yulia earned a BA from Bar-Ilan University of Israel and PE from Hermelin College of Israel.
